Objective

Orca Cherry is an imaginary health company that strongly supports natural medicine. They are passionate in their mission to inform young adult readers about different types of plants for health, the history of health and medicine, and facts about health, truths and myths. They want to use a booklet to spread the word, while having a unique page and fold structure to it to add more excitement.

Process

The booklet was based on 1960’s colors and art styles, including psychedelic art. Three transparent bookmarks with short writings are placed within the booklet, and a page of tracing paper containg an infographic gives a soft touch to the section about garlic. A large portion lists plants with images, scientific names, and health benefits for each plant.
