Objective

Dev Out Mouse is an imaginary brand created by myself for designers who want to utilize hands-on materials like pencils and sketchbooks. The brand’s goal is to use energetic, inviting, and bright packaging to catch the attention of designers for it lighthearted style, reusable packaging, and functionality away from a computer screen.

Process

Each package’s dieline was measured and structured in Illustrator. Unique features include the button and string clasp and a drawer for the pencils with elastic fabric for security. I based the branding on the logo’s character, a white mouse with a USB tail, and I chose simple yet strong colors with clear contrast.
